Lost your license key

Send the order number from your PayPro Global receipt, or the email address you bought with, and we will resend the key.

Replaced hardware

The machine ID follows your system drive. If you replaced it, send us the order number and the new machine ID and we will reissue the key.

Studio and volume licensing

Tell us how many seats you need and whether you want render farm coverage, and we will send a quote and terms.

Reporting a bug

Include your Houdini version, the plugin build, your OS and GPU, and a scene that reproduces the problem if you can share one.
